During her tenure in New York and London, she managed the lifecycle and operational governance of complex Rates and Municipal derivatives and later led origination and execution of cross-asset structured products across the Americas and EMEA. She also played a key role in migrating Goldman’s structured-notes business to a new legal entity, coordinating across business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance. As Vice President in Regulatory Management & Strategy, she supported firmwide Dodd-Frank and Volcker Rule implementation, translating regulatory requirements into business and operating-model change.
Bhavya leads Risk/Regulatory and Data & AI strategy at Apexon, working across banking and capital-markets transformation initiatives spanning business, data, engineering, risk and regulatory functions. She brings deep capital-markets domain expertise and transformation leadership to bridge business SMEs with modernization engineering teams — helping ensure that legacy business functionality is accurately understood and translated into target-state requirements, while preserving business, operational and regulatory intent through functional validation, implementation and milestone acceptance.
